Miss Ivy Events is a South West based company that delivers high quality events in diverse and unique venues. We believe in creating amazing days and making lasting memories.
Miss Ivy Events was established by Joanne Macaskie who originated from a retail background, with over 25 years’ experience in the industry and in managerial positions, as well as running two of her own shops. Having always been motivated and passionate about local produce and talent, this was the inspiration for her to enter the wonderful world of events!
What we do
We offer a full event management service – in 2016 we delivered 25 events to approx 25,000 visitors. We extensively market each event through appropriate PR and advertising mediums to optimise a targeted footfall.
The shows we have managed include: Lifestyle, Wedding, Vintage, Pet, Retro and Themed. We work closely with the hosting venues, exhibitors and entertainment to provide an environment where all parties involved can showcase their products and services to an eager audience.
We are proud to have worked with some of the most prestigious and unique venues in the South West, including: Cotehele, Powderham Castle, Pentillie Castle, Dartington Hall, Bridwell Park, Mount Edgcumbe and The Imperial Hotel.
We will work in partnership with your business to cultivate relationships with new customers , which ultimately leads to business growth.
We are able to offer a venue health check and full events review. This service includes a day’s visit to come and review the venue and then develop a strategic and detailed plan on next steps to take and how to improve on current events or develop new ones.
