Lucy D photography

Lucy D photography is all about capturing your pets personality for you to treasure forever. There is no cloth backdrops or studio lights, just the beautiful backdrop of the Devon countryside.

Whether its venturing out to the coast on the beaches, on the rolling rolling hills of the countryside,  exploring in the woods or even chilling in your back garden.

photo shoots are fun for your furry friend, filled with favourite toys, yummy natural treats, from running to swimming, digging to fetching, anything that lets them do what they love and enjoy the most.

Myself, Enzo and Lucy had a great morning at the beach for our photo shoot. Enzo thought it was great lots of new toys to play with, including climbing on Lucy while she was laid down taking his photo. He was only 6 months old when his photos were taken. I thought it was going to be hard to get him in the correct place at the right time, but Lucy was really relaxed and worked around him. We all had a really fun relaxing time which brought put the best of Enzo and we ended up with some amazing photos to keep forever.”    Sam and Enzo

Growing up with pets and a camera in my hand from a young age has led me to combine my passion for pets with my 15 years of photographic knowledge and experience. I have photographed pets of all shapes and sizes, from shy to bubbly outgoing types.

My photographic skills and passion grew during my time working at a local daily newspaper. during my 13 years there, I have developed my own individual style, with the support and training I received has led me to where I am now. Creating fun, colourful, crisp photographs that capture your pets       individual character.

Something that is important and close to my heart is helping out at my local animal shelter, to use my creative skills to help animals find their forever home who are waiting for their second chance to live the life they deserve.
