I am an Insight Herbalist, Women’s Health Doula and Artist – I keep alive the path of the ancient work of women, and the remembrance of our sacred connection to the earth.

The core of my work is guiding women into the recognition of their innate and unique essence. I work with the understanding that each of us already holds within us what it is we need to heal and thrive. But, that as relational beings we also need the guidance, wisdom and support of others to provide the container and intrinsic co-regulation we need for self-regulation – and therefore our own healing and sovereignty. I work in private one to one practice offering plant initiations, gathering the bones ceremonies, and supporting women to understand, integrate and to feel empowered in navigating health challenges and the ebbs and flows of womanhood.

In my practice as a herbalist I work with a small but potent range of plants – mostly native to Britain, all of which I have connected to deeply and intimately with myself. I connected to the plants, and those I work with on a soul level. I create intuitively formulated herbal teas and tinctures. The plants are the ground of my work and guiding others into understanding how the plants can support them in day to day life is intrinsic to my work. Each blend contains years of my own embodied wisdom of learning about what the plants offer us, and all come with information in the form of guided meditations and essences cards to support those that use them in to a deeper understand of their body and the plants.
