Miss Ivy Events was founded in 2011 by Joanne Macaskie and has since flourished into one of the South West’s leading organisers of vintage, artisan, wedding and pet shows.
In a short space of time, Miss Ivy has quickly gathered a loyal and diverse set of followers who regularly attend events at prestigious venues such as Cotehele House and Dartington Hall, as well as fun venues like The Big Sheep in Bideford, and not forgetting the much loved ‘All Things Vintage & Lovely Show’ hosted regularly at Plymouth Guildhall. And, through social media, advertising and PR, Miss Ivy is constantly attracting new followers and expanding our client and exhibitor database, as well as gathering feedback and offering new, innovative shows for people to enjoy.
In 2015 Miss Ivy diversified into two new avenues: The ‘Out of the Box’ Shows, which aim to provide quirky and unique ideas to those seeking an alternative to traditional wedding shows and other special event exhibitions, as well as Stylish Shows, which incorporates home, garden and lifestyle exhibitors to promote the best of local and national talent in stunning venues across the region, such as Mount Edgcumbe and Pentillie Castle.
2016 was a very exciting year with a range of new and innovative shows added to the calendar, including: The Great British Day in the Park at Bridwell, the estate of Lord Ivar Mountbatten, which was an incredible weekend within very exclusive grounds.

Furthermore, the Miss Ivy team offers exhibitor training days where we select respected industry professionals to provide advice and guidance on areas such as marketing your business, social media techniques and accounting.
