Jess makes small-batch pottery with personality — functional pieces designed to be used, loved, and woven into everyday life. From morning coffee mugs to serving bowls and little vases, her work brings together clean, thoughtful forms with playful glazes and subtle textures, finding beauty in the balance between utility and character.
Each pot begins with what’s already in her studio — reclaimed clays, test glazes, and the remnants of past experiments. Instead of sourcing new materials, Jess works with what’s on hand, letting these limitations guide the process and spark new ideas. It’s a slower, more intentional way of making that reduces waste and celebrates the unpredictable nature of ceramics.
