My name is Kate Andrew and I am an artist based in South Devon. I find inspiration in the beauty of the countryside. Working often with slate as my canvas, I paint original paintings in my unique whimsical style, that usually also includes colourful flowers and often a golden moon. 

As well as hares, foxes, badgers and field mice my signature style is vibrant colours and often carefully selected phrases that are uplifting and poignant. However, in contrast, I also paint wildflower seed head paintings that are just white line paintings on reclaimed Cornish slate. 

I sell my original paintings as well as products based on these, including coasters, cards, and prints, all produced by myself or UK manufacturers.
